I am a resident at Keestone. They have caring staff. They are helpful anytime I need them and the administrator is great person. She is very friendly and always willing to help me anytime I come to her. The food is good and we have choices with meals. I am a veteran and I'm proud to have a facility like this to call home.

I thought maybe this place changed when I put my mother in law in there. Since being there she has suffered numerous falls mainly in the bathroom where theres no call string. She has been eaten with bed bugs and then when I call the owner and Omsbudsman about her being eaten up by bed bugs, they send us a 30 day notice for her to leave. Theres a story circling that a resident fell off the balcony last week. When you walk in the front door its beautiful until you go down the hall to patient rooms. The administrator welcomes you with open arms when you get there, but then when she kicks you out, she bad mouths you to any facilities you try to relocate too. Very short staffed and my MIL has been screamed at and cuss by one of the staff members while we were on the phone with her. I would never recommend this place to anyone after this experience.

Honestly, The staff at the Hewitt house located in pulaski tennessee is NOTHING MORE THAN WORTHLESS when it comes to the elderly there & providing and taking care of them. I WOULD RATE YALL A 1/2 OF A STAR IF IT WOULD LET ME . DO BETTER .
