I’m sure this is my last time coming to them. Mina was very pushy about a design that’s an extra $30 on top of a $40 fill and then snatched my card and put it in the reader after I asked if I should type my number in for my rewards. Then has the nerve to start talking to her coworker and looking at me like she’s disgusted. I wouldn’t be back so soon if 4 of my nails weren’t lifting from the base after two week. The process was rushed & there’s nothing I hate more than giving my money to people who are blatantly disrespectful to me. No thanks & do better

This nail salon has a beautiful and professional looking exterior. The interior is well appointed and modern. I came here because they are located in my new neighborhood and they had good reviews. I noticed in a review I read that the reviewer had mentioned the name Kevin as someone who had done a good job on their nails. When I enquired about him, someone said, "He's married!" Really? I was only interested in his ability as a nail technician. Most all their clientele is african american, but they chatter in their native language and laugh around us as if we're invisible. When I walked in, there was a whole gaggle of women who could have done my nails, sitting to the side, ostensibly sizing up potential patrons. Instead of giving me someone experienced, they gave me Tiffany, who actually did a good job. When I checked out, they didn't charge me for the manicure, which I had to tell the manicurist 3 times that I wanted it. So they had to charge my card twice because they caught their own error. That's the first time that's happened. They have a rewards program, that I doubt seriously that I'll get to benefit from. I grade them a 'C'... I'm here a year later and it takes a hella long time to get service. Time for a move.

I love this place. Everytime I come I am always satisfied with my nails. Cindy is great! She did my pedicure recently and she is very sweet. She made sure that my design was the way I wanted. I will definitely keep coming back.

The Lady dropped wax in my eye trying to rush to assist a client then had the nerve to charge me still !! Definitely taking this up with my lawyer . Worst service ever and I have been going to them for a long time
