Why are they so slow? Why are there fruit flies everywhere ? They are too cavalier and they do not listen which causes miscommunications. I had to reiterate to three people the services I was there for. Too many people near register while paying.

I had and saw the same issues 3 weeks ago. I saw a woman sitting at a chair the whole time I was getting my nails done waiting for someone to work on her. They can do trendy nails but I think management isn't there
