Do not go here! This place says it’s for the uninsured and multicultural but charge 2-3x more than the national average for any procedure. They rip people off and are very unprofessional. Seems to me that they take advantage of the demographic in the area. They do not have a billing team which makes things extremely disorganized and incapable. Just to get medical reports the are charging me $250 !? Every time we have asked to speak to someone in charge, they would not allow me to and would just pass me to a rude receptionist. No Dr or supervisor would take my calls to resolve issues. Unacceptable for a “professional” clinic. All we have wanted to do was work with them to resolve issues which would definitely change my experience here but it seems like there is no hope.

I just had my appointment at this place today and the manager Moon was just bluntly rude. She made me feel as if I was poor just for having insurance and then continued to look down upon me. I was also giving blood which took them poking me 3 times just to get it right. I never felt so nauseous after giving blood after today. Customer service and respect really does go a lonnggggg way and the manager who is there needs to learn that. Being rude to anyone and looking down upon them doesn’t make you a better human being. If any one decides to go here for an appointment please please please think about your dignity first, because they really did strip that away from me tonight.

If i could give this place a 0 stars I literally would. I am not one to write reviews but what I experienced tonight was just too much. Long story short, there was a miscommunication between whether they accepted insurance or not and towards the end of my appointment when I went to ask once more of how I would be billed for my appointment they told me that I had to pay then and there in full. So I told them that there had to be a miscommunication somewhere and as I was going to pay, the manager Moon comes in and asks me what insurance do you have? Then she proceeds to ask me if “I was poor or something” because I have insurance. Like what? Guys, if you plan on coming here for a visit please consider my review. I have never experienced such a situation and this has left me devastated. I was honestly expecting a better experience here.

International Medical Clinics is a wonderful clinic that is open to meet the needs of those who either have no insurance or their out of pocket is very high. They have flat fees and don't take insurance, so don't get upset if they won't bill your insurance. And don't confuse them with the International Medical Center up the street! They are two different places. I commend International Medical Clinics and their team for the excellent care they provide to their patients. And many of their providers are bilingual so they welcome all cultures. Thanks for all you do for the community!
