Went for a covid booster and flu shot. My information was entered incorrectly and they wanted $70 for the flu shot. No effort made to reenter my medicare information, so won't be going back here...

They lost a transferred prescription and then were rude when I politely asked them to help me figure out what happened. Mistakes happen, but there is no excuse to treat a customer badly I've taken my business elsewhere and would suggest you do the same if you are able. That said, if you're trying to transfer away from Walgreens , I wouldn't count on much help from them. Try goi g directly to your doctor. I've had several bad experiences with my Walgreens and this was the tipping point. I hope you are able to get good help in solving your transfer issues.
