Carlos and his team knocked out what I thought would be a lonnnnng process in a day and a half. When I spoke to him about what I wanted he made a very clear plan, in stages, on how to complete it. I even mentioned that since our dogs use the yard daily (instead of multiple walks a day) to ensure that the downtime the fence is open to be minimal. Well he listened. I feel like most companies would need reminders on that, or not really put any weight on that request. But when they left each day they'd put the fence back together- and may I add, even sturdier than the panels were originally. The final product was incredibly better than I thought. There were so many small attention to detail pieces that I did not except. Like how they laid down some grass seed where they were working. Or using some of the stone debris in my yard as filler instead of having to order more rocks. Like, so simple, and thoughtful, but so easy for a business to not care. His team was very nice and respectful. I wish I could've provided better drinks for them or something because dang they worked hard. I had spoken to other landscaping businesses about my unique yard needs, and Carlos with Venyscapes was the only one to come up with the solution I didn't expect, which exceeded my visions. Carlos and team are pros and what you are after in terms of remedying any drainage issues. They worked on fixing a drainage issue on the side of my house and explained in detail all the steps and status of the project. Net result - No more water pooling against my house. I will be using them again for future projects.

Absolutetly Amazing!! Of the 4 companies we received quotes from they were the only ones who offered additional suggestions that we did not ask for, nor did they upcharge us, to wholistically address the drainage issues. Carlos was patient and informative as he explained the process to my mother. The gentlemen who did the work, were fantastic. You could not tell that they had just dug under the ground and connected pipes in our yard. They cut the grass and then reinstalled it meticulously. No dirt, mud or straw all over the place. Everything placed back exactly as it was before. No visible pipes showing on the lawn. They take pride in what they do and it shows. Definitely give them a call and have them come out for a quote. Professional, Responsive, Timely, Courteous, Efficient and just overall a Great Company and Great Crew!!!
