A little issue with finding my doctor in the system, but it all worked out! Every. Single. Time. I go for bloodwork there is an issue. This time was no exception, but my phlebotomist Dawn was amazing! Very patient working through that issue, and patient waiting while I pulled up the MD order on my phone to submit. Very pleasant! No one gets excited about blood draws, but this is the best one I have had thus far. I am over 30 mins away from this location, but I think I will be back here in the future. Would recommend appointments, can't get mad about not being seen when you decided to walk in and you can't be served! Be an adult, make an appointment!

Stopped in here this morning because the doctor that I saw doesn't use Yale New Haven's lab. Walked in to no receptionist, just a computer to sign in with. And disappointed to find that I need an appointment. I always do walk-in at Yale New Haven and I'm usually in and out in ten minutes. Will never come back here.

Worst experience I ever had. I will never come here again. The employee name Mel can’t find my vein ,caused me so discomfort. I think she should pay more attention to her job instead telling stranger about ex story.

I had the same issue with my last blood draw. I know a lot of places I have been to lately have been swamped and understaffed. I would recommend making an appt in the future, you can make same-day appts if they have availability just to cut down on wasted time and trips :)
Best answered by the staff there, but my results were available within 36 hours after the sample was taken.
No. You don't need to make an appointment. Just walk in and sign in.
There good at there work easy to get in sign in on there key board computer screen will tell you when you will be next
