Great property! Very Clean! Excellent, Professional customer service from each and every employee I had contact with, from front desk, to Cafe, to janitorial and maintenence personnel! Everyone was friendly, delightful and helpful! Will return next time I'm here.

Front desk clerk that said he is the manager wasn't friendly. NOT Warmth. Not very welcoming. He didn't listen to what was the issue. The issue was when the room was booked that was told that we can check out at 3pm with no problem. With no extra charge. He didn't honor. Plus a value customer that travels a lot. Now is a gold member won't be using that location BC of the situation that can be fix with customer satisfaction.

Beautiful location, convenient to riverwalk and local white water rafting. Front desk agent that checked us in was extremely unfriendly and didn't tell us anything about the hotel or amenities. Outdoor patio with enough comfortable seating for large parties. Room was clean aside from a soil on sofa, nice open walk in showers, but be careful, the water splashes out as there is no door. Soft linens and comfy beds, as always! Small dog barked and whined in the room next to us from dusk until 10/11pm. Called front desk, whom seemed confused about the complaint. We never received another call or follow up about the matter. Dog continued barking two more hours! It was a miserable evening and waste of our points to stay here! There are plenty of other options with similar accommodations in the area! Evening staff should be better trained in hospitality!

Very clean hotel. The room was very large and the view overlooking the river and the riverwalk at night was very magical. The chef at the cafe was very sweet and with our dietary restrictions she prepared our meal for us with no issues. Highly recommend.
