Great pizza but the dern door is tricky locks you in and you have to hold a button to get out it says push to exit but should say HOLD to exit makes me wonder what had to happen for them to lock the door at lunvh time i coukd under stand at dark or short saff but every place is short staffed it seems like

The new New York style pizza is disgusting. And when you ask for well done it’s like they have no idea how to string those letters together to form a word. This is what you get when you pay your employees $8 an hour.

In store pick up is the way to go idk why but I've been getting cold luke warm pizza lately. I just looked I am a valued customer with over 300 orders on my app and live less that 3 miles from the location. When I pick up in store no problems at all. But delivery needs work.
