I stayed here for 4 nights. Room was decent, but definitely not as clean as it should be. **I have a cocaroache crawl across my arm while sitting on the couch in my room watching tv. Then I found more smaller roaches crawling around on the wall above the thermostat and on the hanging pictures on the wall. I spoke to front desk, a.d they stated that "it's unfortunate" and they are sorry, but they know of this issue, and to them it seemed minor at best.. I left and went to another hotel, best thing I ever did. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS HAMPTON.

Friendly and clean. Breakfast from 6am til 10am. Shower feels GREAT. Clean as well. Pool is open. Kinda tricky to get to so pay attention.

Absolutely terrible hotel. We checked in around 11/midnight & immediately went to sleep. I did not check the sheets (as I trust Hampton in having clean sheets) the next day we went out with our day & when we came back there was a huge yellow stain at the top of our bed. I called the front desk & he told me I would have to come downstairs if “I wanted clean sheets.” When I completely pulled the fitted sheet off I saw that the yellow mark went through to my fitted zip sheet. My mattress was not yellow but it did smell sour. When I went downstairs to tell the front desk that either A) I slept in this last night and I’m disgusted & also very furious or B) Housekeeping changed my sheets to someone’s dirty sheets. They offered me a “snack” or a free nights stay. I did not want either one of those things as I just said I wanted a clean bed to sleep!! The GM did not offer to clean the bed or anything. That he would only give me those two things & speak with me if I wanted. (He was on the phone with front desk person) All the front desk person did was give me all clean sheets and flip my bed. We are staying for 6 nights & this was NOT cheap. I’m so disappointed- Especially with the way they treated me. I felt they did not believe me and that upset me extremely. We will not be back.

Overall the experience was great. The staff were friendly, and the breakfast was surprisingly good. I was disappointed that out of our 5 day stay they only had potatoes one day for breakfast, and they had turkey sausage that did not taste well. I was also disappointed that I asked, on two separate days, for our bed sheets to be switched out, and they were not, which is why I am rating 4 stars and not five.
