Called to inquire about service. Had to call twice because the first time I didn’t get a call back. When I finally got a call, the lady in the phone was completely unprofessional. First she told me that I made a mistake when I bough the house, my realtor was not doing their job. I mentioned I had gotten an estimate regarding what I needed for 3500 and she said that was going to be a “cheapie cheapie” job. I asked her what the success rate for the Terralift was, she said this is sewage we don’t have success rates. She continued to demean me for about 5 minutes and not one ounce of information. I finally got upset and told her what the point was if this call if I am Not going to get any info and I’m just going to get told how much I have screwed up. She got mad and screamed at and then hung u,, I really hope she owns this place , cause if she doesn’t then management needs to screen these calls. If she is management, then the leadership at this place is in trouble.
