Went to deli to order 5 sandwiches. A lady was behind the fridge and started to prepare my sandwiches. I noticed she has long manicured nails with tips that came out of the gloves. She tried to add cheese to my sandwiches and under her nails was full of cheese! And stared to put her hand in banana peppers and … and I could see the stuff under her nails. So disgusting. I reported to a manager and he started to laugh!!! Being hungry is better than getting sick! Hopefully she wasn’t in bathroom before preparing sandwiches for other people!!!!

We have been going to Publix pharmacy there for almost 4 years. For the most part everyone has been kind and has been most helpful. However, ever since they hired Jennifer the pharmacist we have had more issues. The final straw for me was getting my medication home, it appeared to be short so I call Jennifer. She all but called us liars. I begged her to check the cameras, she said she did and it was counted correctly. I asked for higher management and that’s when we learned that she had never checked the cameras before. After management reviewed it was revealed the technician didn’t correctly count of meds. It was not our fault. Today after speaking with Jennifer, she was rude. We are pulling all of our business from the pharmacy and the grocery store. Customers should not be treated this way. I encourage a cal from Chris the pharmacy manager or the store manager. Jennifer is solely responsible for Publix losing the business both pharmacy and grocery needs. I do want to say Nicole, Cheryl, and a few other techs are wonderful. It’s a shame that one person ruins it for all the others.
