Came in on 8/16/22 to return some items and to also use a store credit I had forgot about. Ms. Maria started helping me and then Iyanha came over to assist with the return. The return went fine but unfortunately trying to use the store credit became diffcult, because the receipt paper the credit was on was so faded that it was extremely hard to see the numbers at the bottom. Although, I didn't realize it intentionally Ms. Maria and Iyanha went above and beyond trying to figure the numbers out. I literally had to tell them not to worry about it, it was fine because they tried every number combo they could. Not to mention they were getting ready to close and even despite that they were still very persistent in trying to help me. Both ladies were extremely nice with amazing customer service. The interaction was refreshing especially considering the encounters I've had in the past at other rainbow stores. I would definitely visit this location again and this is coming from someone that only shops online now. Thank you Ms. Maria and Iyanha(so sorry if I spelled your name wrong) I really appreciate yall!!

Don’t come here unless you’re black. me (hispanic) and my bf who’s white came in to look around and buy a few things. immediately as soon as we walked through got stared at and dirty looks by customers and employees. the manager groaned and huffed and puffed at us being there. rolling her eyes. followed us around and then accused us of leaving clothes on the floor when we had just seen who did it. i also put anything i didn’t want away in the right spot. i planned on getting a good amount of things but decided not to after the rudeness from the manager.

The manager and staff was awesome in their customer service. They were so helpful and patient with me trying to use Klarna, and Zip. I went the next day and my things were put up and they knew me by name when they saw come in, how greatful I felt. Please keep treating the customers with the awesome attitude and personality😊
