If you think their service is subpar, try working there. I will say, SOME staff are great, and they do work at their jobs and do the best they can. But this is to be expected anywhere you go. That office manager of theirs Becky (Karen) was clearly bullied as a child and uses her power to try and do the same to others in her adult life (therapy is suggested). Hence look at their administrative turn over rate. Anyway… I would personally choose other places as you will wait for hours at a time to be seen.

I do like my doctor very much but every time I come here I have to wait over 1.5 hours and that’s with an appointment. I have a hard time to contact them. Leave a lot of voicemail never returned a call. Every time I go there it have to have something like last time they didn’t give me visit summary and prescription of my diabetes supplies or every time I have physical check never received the results I have to go there to get it by myself and etc.
