I love getting my pellets from here. When I first started buying pellets, they helped me pick the best pellet for my needs. That was 2 yrs ago. I will not go anywhere else. The people have been the best with their fast and curious service. I was awestruck when they told me they would put the pallet where I needed it. My basement has a garage door, so I do not need to touch the pallet at all. They just roll it on in. It is just so easy. It is nice to do business with a company that puts the customer first.
