With all the negative reviews , I don’t get it how things don’t change . I live close by and this is supposed to be our pharmacy but I have to drive to another one because their services are awful. They took 3 days to tell me they didn’t have something . Why they never called me to let me know instead to wait until I came back to pick up my prescription. I’m giving 2 starts because the photo department I don’t have any complain, but everything else is a joke .

Should have known from previous experience here that an 11.30 appointment for vaccine shot means nothing. Still waiting almost an hour later and one of the 3 employees just left for lunch. GO ELSEWHERE

The customer service I received from the pharmacist at this location was not only unprofessional, but Fozi A. the pharmacist is rude, condescending, and disrespectful to say the least. I am a provider in the gastroenterology field and I have never had an experience like this. While trying to fill a prescription for my patient and get clarity on a fax sent by the pharmacy to me- Mr. Fozi was argumentative and aggressive- even attempted to hang up in my face. He would not run my prescription request and ranted about how he is alone and doesn't have time. This individual needs to be retrained on patient care- Please look into this as we will no longer be prescribing to this location.

Medical Discrimination. Ridiculous. My friend had her wisdom teeth taken out and needed to medication for the pain and she had to wait 2 HOURS! The pharmacist denied her request claiming she didn’t need anything. This is unacceptable.
