Sprouts Farmers Market

On October 2, 2022 i visited sprouts on Lavista road. After leaving the store i checked my receipt, and noticed some discrepancies. I noticed i had been charged for a pumpkin, and some candies that was supposed to be 2 for 6 dollars, i was charged regular price for the candies. I returned the pumpkin, and enquired how did i get charged for something i did not put on the counter, and i told the cashier i was also charged regular price for the candies. She gave me the money for the pumpkin, but did not give me the difference in monies, for the candy, nor did they put the candy back in my bag. I was rushing to take the marta before dark. So i didn't check my bags, until i got home, and my change was wrong. When i arrived home i called the store and spoke with one of the managers, named Alex, who told me that he was going to refund my money, as well as give me the candies for my troubles, when i return to the store. Much to my shock And dismay, when i returned on October 4, 2022. I was handled extremely rude by Daffaney the head cashier as she called herself. I explained to her what the manager had promised me, and that was a full refund and my products. DAFFANEY, argued with me, incessantly, in front of other customers. she kept stating that she cannot do both, and that i had to chose one or the other, and that the manager is not there to verify what i was saying, as if i was misrepresenting the truth. Additionally, i was returning an item with receipt, and i was trying to make a purchase. Daffaney stated, what i was asking for was not allowed, either. You can't used the returned monies to make the new purchases, the money will have to go back to your card, That's ludicrous. In frustration and embarrassment, i left the store and the new products i was going to buy. To add hurt to an existing horrific treatment from Daffaney, she starts talking about me to the other cashier, mind you all of this was done in front of other customers. The sad thing she made no apologies for her rude behavior, nor for the inconvenience this has caused me. This by far was my worst experience at this Sprouts farmers market on Lavista road NE Atlanta Georgia. If i could give zero for my experience with this cashier, trust i would. In conclusion, i would like to believe that Daffaney' rude, crude, and unmannerly behavior does not represent upper management. I intend to write corporate to resolve this customer service crisis.
