Every time I come to Mavis Discount Tires on South Parkway, they remind me why I will never go anywhere else. During this last experience, Johnathan went ABOVE and beyond to make sure I had quality products and services at an affordable rate. Thank you Johnathan! Mavis is hands down one of the best service providers I've encountered this far. The service was amazing, customer service also amazing. I have notified friends and family of my great experience and will be bringing both vehicles in as a loyal customer. I usually run into issues with getting my vehicles serviced. Being a female, I typically leave feeling confused and feeling as though I spent wayyyyy to much without actually knowing what was done. Johnathan took the time to explain what was needed and why, he was patient as I was indecisive on whether or not I wanted to even get the vehicle fixed. He didn't pressure me and I was greeted with the same polite mannerism each time I called (and I called many). He made the experience painless and I felt good leaving. I don't know how many people can say that about having their cars serviced but this was definitely a first for me. I'll see you all soon the other vehicle needs an oil change. 😂

Mavis. Memorial Pkwy Huntsville. Had an appointment to have 4 tires put on at noon with an alignment. On arrival we were informed the "out the door price" quote did not cover taxes etc. So what does, out the door price mean? Then, Manager said 1 1/2 hours max. 2 1/2 hours later the truck was still on the rack and they were helping new arrivals. Had not begun. After I inquired, they removed one tire and then took in other vehicles again. 9 walk in customers have come and gone with tires repaired or replaced since we checked in. 3.3 hours later and they just started to break down the first tire.
