I ordered a tux for my wedding using measurements I already had from previous tailors. The tux is of medium quality but the fit was completely wrong. It was entirely too boxy. The slacks I buy off Bonobos for work fit far better than these. I took the suit to my tailor. Alterations (to basically every part of the tuxedo) cost $225. Indochino will only credit you for $75 in alterations. I inquired about a full refund of alterations and was denied. They told me I needed to send the suit back in for adjustment and that it could take several times to get it right. I have a wedding coming up and didn’t want to send my tux off with shipping delays being how they currently are during the pandemic. Plus I didn’t trust them to get it right after the first time. All in all, you’re much better off just getting a suit or tuxedo from Jos. A. Bank if you need something of medium quality. If you want a nicer custom suit it isn’t going to cost you much more after alterations to find a good bespoke shop near you. I will not be making using this company again.

I hope that the workers were swamped and I just didn't realize it but after arriving for my appointment I was ignored and when I finally found an employee they provided no assistance and were clearly not listening to me as I asked questions. I try to be understanding but as I was planning on spending a significant amount of money to myself on a suit it'd be nice if the employees cared or were willing to help ☹️ I ended up leaving without purchasing anything.

Had an amazing experience here getting my fiancé a custom suit for our wedding. Obi was awesome with helping us make this suit special! Would come back in a heartbeat!

After spending some time with the clothing, I've bumped the review a bit. While there are still things I think could fit better, particularly given the in person measurements, it's not as bad as I originally thought, though the fitting process was still awkward. Unfortunately I just have not had a great experience with Indochino. I initially ordered using my own measurements, which were taken pursuant to Indochino's own directions on their website. The suit and shirts I ordered were not right. Too small in some ways, ridiculously too big in others (suit jacket length, for example), too tight around the arms and thighs. I don't live anywhere near a showroom, but decided to drive 3 hours (both ways) to Kansas City to get a re-fitting done at the store. After an incredibly awkward and uncomfortable hour long process with an apparently new brand tailor who didn't really know how to work with the systems and kept asking for help from the other employee, kept getting logged out of the system, kept guessing at additions to measurements, didn't really do a true fitting, as opposed to just guessing here and there, etc., my new measurements were sent off for the prior order to be remade. After waiting another month to get the results back, today I get the new pieces, which still don't really fit. Way too tight around the arms, uncomfortably tight on both my bicep and forearm. The shirt is still almost down to my knees, which is really fantastic for tucking into pants that barely fit. That bunching will go really well and look very professional. And now I'm not inclined to drive 3 hours both ways again to go back to the same store that didn't get it right the last time. In all, I'm not sure I wouldn't be better off just getting a suit off the rack and having it tailored - or finding a local tailor to help make a suit. The idea of Indochino sounds great - but only if you have good measurements from a qualified tailor (and you can't assume that will be the one at their store). Given the amount I spent on what I purchased I'm definitely not a satisfied customer.

Hi there, our showrooms are following the Covid safety protocols below: -Everyone must sanitize their hands when entering the showroom -Customers and employees must wear a face mask during appointments -Employees have daily temperature checks -We’ve altered our hours of operations to allow for additional cleaning and sanitizing, and limited occupancy -We ask customers to reschedule if they are feeling unwell or have travelled outside the country within the past 14 days -Garments altered in the showroom are sanitized before being returned to the customer
Hi Jeremy, all of our suits are cut and sewn from the roll of fabric to order, so when ordering for a special event we recommend purchasing 6 weeks in advance to give plenty of time for production and adjustments. Sadly we won't be able to get a suit to you by October 31st, but we wish you the best in your search for the perfect suit!
If you mean big and tall trousers or clothing in general, the answer is Yes.
