Don’t go on Saturdays and if you're going for a TB test for your employer you might want to double check with the office before driving there.A man doctor in February of 2020 acted like he was in charge and turned me away in front of the whole lobby.I went for a scheduled tb skin test.Mind you,THEY scheduled the test 1 week away then I get there and the Dr tells the receptionist no he is not seeing me and they don't do the test anymore. He came up front when I asked to speak to him and I explained that I have been getting the test for years and even pay cash.He was rude telling me no he can't do it but didn't explain why.Why didn't he tell the receptionist a week ago or have them call and cancel?Do yourself a favor and go to minute clinic.I have been getting this test every year for years then I made the mistake of scheduling on Saturday and got turned away after getting there. The Dr sat down at the receptionist area and had this smirk on his face.I was being polite and am a very shy person so when he got loud with me in front of people it was quite embarrassing. The year before that I paid cash only to get a letter from my insurance company that they filed it on my insurance so they got paid twice and didn't credit my account! My time is valuable so a little communication would have been nice Why not tell people this before they come to the appointment so they're not wasting time and gas?Like why schedule the test if you don't do it anymore? Doesn't make sense. Edit...This experience was over 2 years ago so may be under different management now. This was my own personal experience that happened in February 2020.For some reason when I edited my review, it submitted it, as if it were recent.

I visited this clinic two short times to get a covid test, and later to get a strep test. I paid in person both times. A month later got a call asking for an unpaid balance. I had bank statements to prove I paid but it was 15 bucks so I didn’t argue and paid again. Just visited this place again for pain in my ear. The doctor looked at it and said he wanted my ear cleaned out so that he could see better. He left and sent in a nurse who proceeded to pressure wash my eardrum with a squirt bottle that had a hose attached to it. After the third attempt to “clean my ear” I told her to stop because it was hurting bad enough for me to decline a third wash. I wiped my ear with a paper towel and realized I was bleeding from my ear. I sat waiting for the doc for maybe 10 minutes. He came in, I told him she made my ear worse and I was bleeding now. He told me that it’s normal for the ear to be irritated after a washing… Then prescribed me antibiotics. I asked why I needed them and he said my ear looked red so it might be an infection. I the Went to the desk to pay and they yet again, asked for that “unpaid” balance of 15 bucks. Very poor service. I will not be returning

My 17yo got burned at work last night. He splashed hot grease up his arm while cleaning the grill. Last night, it looked and felt like a bad sunburn. This morning it had blisters and they were splitting open. We both wanted it looked at and cleaned by a professional to ward off infections. So we went to the Bradley/Polk Walkin clinic. Y'all know the place. As soon as we mentioned it happened at work, they refused to see us. . Us: But he's 17. Them: We don't do workers comp. Us: He doesn't want to file it under workers comp, we want to use our insurance. Them: Still can't see him. Us: But where do we go? Them: Mouse Creek Rd has one. Us: So it's another walkin clinic besides you or the er? Them: Yup. We can't see him. . Yall, sometimes I can't control my mouth. I told them they were no help and stomped out. Good news is, the AHC on Mouse Creek was awesome. Mike didn't want to file workers comp because he feels like it wasn't their fault he got hurt.  I don't care which one files it as long as he gets seen. AHC were awesome! They cleaned it, took off the dead burnt skin, and put salve on it with extra to go home with me with care instructions. Bradley/Polk Walkin Clinic policies sucks.
