GO TO URGENT CARE if you want help from knowledgeable Drs.... or just wait to get in with your PCP. Do NOT come to this clinic... I've been there three times bc i knew i could get in quickly... mistake each time lol ...I left with without knowing what was wrong with me each time... paid about $100each time and was in and out in about 15 min or less..... 1.)first time I was having lower pelvic or abdominal pain without any other symptoms. I was given a UTI test and charged for that on top of the office visit charge... it came out negative and I was sent on my way and the nurse told me she didn't know what it was... possibly ovarian cysts... told me to take some over the counter pain pills.... wasted my time and money.... 2.)second time... my throat is hurting BAD and I was given a strep test that came out negative... told it was probably some type of virus....I was told to take over the counter pain pills or cold meds....told me to let it run its course as long as it has to, even if it took months lol (My throat had already been hurting for 2 weeks)....waste of money and time again..... 3.) Third time (thought it would be an easy thing for a dr), went in bc I had rashes all over my body... the nurse was stumped and had no clue what it was. I was sent on my with advice to see another Dr. with more supplies than they have..lsemt on my wsy and charged... (went to urgent care immediately after and the Dr. Knew immediately what it was at first glance... it was rosea btw It's just not the best place to go to unless you are getting vaccinated for something I guess.... $30 would be a more of a sufficient price for 5 min appointment and nothing accomplished....

Refused a 2 yr. old baby crying out in pain at 6:45 because they close at 7:30. I would STRONGLY recommend you go the extra 15 minutes and head up to Ascension St.Thomas on Fortress BLVD in Murfreesboro. They're open until 8:00 p.m. which means they're open until 8!

They should probably just close at 7pm if they are gonna make it look like they are closed? Why stay open past 7pm if they won’t see a walk in? So stupid!

The staff wouldn’t allow my mother to be injected with a Tetanus vaccine because they were completely booked. The nurses told me that they couldn’t help her due to their inability to apply stitches, even when the cut didn’t require stitches. They simply looked me in the eye and told me they wouldn’t help even when I calmly explained to them that my mom had recently cut herself with an oxidized and old metal tube.
