Brought my two year old son in he had been seen by his pediatrician a week ago and still had not been feeling well, talked to the NP Ashley Peacock about what was going on and told her that I really thought he needed an antibiotic and she definitely agreed and checked out our son thoroughly. She is very sweet and caring. Definitely feel so much better bringing him in. Highly recommend her. She was great.

They randomly charged my debit card OVER A YEAR LATER for a visit that had already been paid in full. After speaking to the billing department and calmly expressing my frustration, the billing employee laughed at me, told me that I had never paid, said that I was lying when I offered to send over my bank statements, told me they would be billing me for ANOTHER "unpaid" visit BEYOND this one, told me that I had to download their Healow app if I wanted her help, then she laughed and hung up on me. Luckily, my bank is awesome and reversed the charge from AFC and offered to do so again, if charged. Most of their staff seemed nice. Rather short lobby wait in the afternoon. Convenient location.

Great experience. They were very quick, waited maybe 10 or 15 minutes to be seen. Doctors and nurses were wonderful. Highly recommend.

Yes they do. Be there @745am, they have a rapid test that cost 150, your insurance will cover this cost. Bring your copay as it is due at the same time of visit. They also have a 2 day test result test as well. They stop the rapid testing at 5pm.
There's no fee for filling out paperwork but if unable they would probably let you give verbal answers and they would do it
You do not have to have an appointment.
Yes
Not at this time.
No, they do not. I went there a week ago with my 3 year old (who is on Medicaid) and was turned away. I don't know why they claim to accept it on their website, but they definitely DO NOT TAKE MEDICAID. They really need to change their info online!

Yes.
I'm not sure if they can. I wish I could help.
I do not remember making such a rude comment. I could not help feeling upset when the nurse told me this. I love Dr. Reed. I also have tried to find another doctor for three weeks. No one is excepting new patients. Two years I have been going to afc. This is awful.
