Friendly staff who greeted me when I entered the store. Quick, professional and efficient staff on duty at 1 am.

Very nice establishment but the employees can use an attitude adjustment. Day before I spent 30 minutes waiting in line for someone to make a sandwich I don’t mind as I have time but today… wow, I seen an employee busy as I waited and I approached her to just let them know I was there and said “hi mam I know your busy but when youre done I have items to cook” I have 40 minutes to spare no rush, she replied rudely “I hear the paper bag! I’m busy!” I said “I know mam that’s why I’ll wait”. She then went to the station and proceeded to take care of others ignoring me as I’ve been waiting. I got so upset and threw away my items and coffee, lost my appetite. I’ll pay for the items when she gets corporate education on being polite to customers waiting . (Bagel, coffee, & hash browns) Thank you and sorry for the rant.

Been here twice in a week. One of three registers open and a line wrapping around the store. Both times the same girl was talking to the girl at the register putting quarters 1 by 1 in the coin dispenser without a care in the world. The credit card machines on the pumps are also antiquated.
