We moved to Sebastian in Dec 2021, we wanted to get our Dr established . What a wonderful experience we had. Everyone the was pleasant . We would recommend this office !

Needed to get a script refilled last month, I was called back and was told everything was all set, there were no refills on the script and I have a appointment Oct 13, meanwhile called to get my script again becuase in two days I will be out again, finally I get a call and was told that I have to see the doctor before I can get my script. I told them I have a appointment for next month and they told me I was suppose to go in March but they are the ones that changed my appointment!, I had my wife call and they said they would call her back, which they never did. I called them back and was making a appointment when the nurse interrupted and told me that I know had to go to the Vero office, I live in Sebastian and have been going to the Sebastian office, so I asked why and the answer I got was because my wife called there and left a message. I told the front desk I don't want to go to the Sebastian office becuase I live in Sebastian. I asked to talk to the nursery and I was told she was with patients and she would give her a message to call me back at the end of the day or in the morning. Well when I got home I decided to call them and the woman at the front desk said that I have to go somewhere else and that I could no longer go there!!! Very unprofessional and very smart mouthed. I think that I was totally disrespected and can't understand why this was happening. I had my wife call them back and they hung up in her face!! They are the rudest doctors office I have ever experienced of being in. The only reason I gave them 1star was because then I couldn't write a review. I wouldn't send my DOG THERE!!!

Great medical office..... general practitioners... immaculate office spaces, always neat and organized. Staff is cordial, patient with older people. Never seen them to be rude or "burnt out'. Nurses are great; friendly and professional. Physicians listen and are extremely knowledgeable.... we recommend PA Mark Sultzman.
