Fun times at a decent rate the kids loved it. The only thing they were not happy about was no pool to swim in. Still had enough fun to stay for 4 hours. The slides are great and the kiddie park was good too. The lazy river got over crowded at times, but it's a Saturday afternoon lol.

This is very fun, the kids loved it. I just thought for how small it is a bit pricy. They don't have a kiddie pool but have the three slides to go down. They should consider a kiddie pool because the kids like to sit and play in the slide area and the life guards continue to try to redirect children as little as 1 yrs old. I didnt appreciate the lifeguard grabbing my child by the arm, my child freaked out and was scared. If this is supposed to be for little kids then add a small pool. The lazy river is nice just short but it does have a fast current! I did not get to try the food but it was a little pricy as well. We paid about $95 for a family of 5! My 3 and 4 yr old are tall and they were regular price. This place does not provide towels. I don't think there was any adult pool. I did see kids going down the bigger slide but thats about it. For the price they should at least offer more! I will not return and it was just a nice little get away for our children.

Only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is only because of the price. Small water park for the price it is. Otherwise, we had a great time! There were a couple of kids that ended up in a fight and I have to say the staff handled it quickly and safely. There also was another kid who jumped into the lazy river right on front of us and again the staff was fabulous! The entire place was neat and clean as well. I have a toddler and this place was perfect for her. Small enough to keep a close eye on her but plenty for her to do! We loved floating down the lazy river. We stopped by the small arcade on the way out and won some fun prizes! Thank you for the fun time!

We had a good time at Pirates Cay Waterpark. We stayed at the attached resort. It isn't huge, but the slides are fun and the water is warm. It was clean, and not crowded, for a Sunday afternoon. It was a little pricey, at nearly $20 for each person over 48“ tall. There is very limited vending. My only real gripe is that they don't provide towels! But you can buy one at the gift shop? Seriously? Overall, we had a nice time, but we won't seek it out again.

Yes
Yes what Marcus says is correct as long as you have your bracelet then you can come and go as you please in the same day, but they also have passes for extra days that you can purchase
Yes the water is warm. They have two heaters one on each side. When I was there one side heater was not working but i'm sure they have fixed it since then. We went in the middle of the winter and it was a blast even with the heater not on. Lots of fun for the kids. I would go back for sure.
I didn't understand it either, however, Jason&Karen Shank are right. There is alot to do at the resort so the waterpark is really only necessary during the winter months to have something else to do. Also, your not really missing anything by not going to the waterpark. It's overly priced for no reason and is hardly worth it. The resort is nice and worth the visit despite the separate entrance fee to the waterpark.
At the front desk. The building just past the Guard Shack, at the front entrance.
