I am sooo happy! New Furnace and Air Conditioning system! Installed by Lakeside Heating and A/C. Excellent install by a family owned and operated company. My favorite kind. I support local small businesses ... especially in these times. My old furnace, a Montgomery Wards furnace, and was put in my house "used" by Lakeside Heating in 1986 and was still running! Talk about getting your money's worth! But, after 36 years, it was time for a new system. And I wanted air conditioning added. I bid this job to several companies, and Lakeside Heating saved me almost $10,000 with rebates and discounts over the other companies! Tony Burus, the owner, was beyond helpful and very kind. He embodies what service should be. They were very professional, and at the same time treated me like family. The system, complete with a new smart thermostat, works exceptionally well. It is 98% efficient. It's a quantum positive improvement on the 1986 model!! So, for my rating, on a scale of 1-10 - I'd give them a 20! I couldn't ask for better! Thanks Tony! I couldn't be happier! And I recommend them highly. I think you'd be as pleased as I am.

Lakeside recently replaced our failing furnace and air conditioning systems. Tony provided six incredibly thorough quotes of varying efficiencies and features and took the time to understand what we desired for our home rather than pressuring us to purchase the most expensive system. Chael and Derek completed our installation and were on time both days and incredibly communicative answering any questions I had and walked me through the ins and outs of the new system. When the install was completed, everything was cleaned up and put back in order. Importantly, the final invoice was identical to the quote we selected from Tony with zero upsell pressure or 'surprise' changes to the installation. I highly recommend Lakeside for any heating/cooling needs - they will be our first and only call from now on.

A clean and check of the A/C which includes; clean condensing unit, check Freon levels with gauges, check the temperature difference, check running amps & volts, if low on Freon check accessible fittings for leaks with electronic leak detector, change filter (if standard size), check all electrical connections, and test thermostat. The cost for a tune-up is $109.95 but mention finding us on Google for a $20 coupon.
A clean and check of the furnace which includes ; clean & adjust burners, clean & adjust pilot, vacuum out cavity, clean or replace filter(if standard size),check for gas leaks with a meter, check co leaks with a meter, check electrical connections, visual inspection of heat exchanger, (oil the motor, check belts if furnace is older and still have these components), check thermostat and calibrate if necessary, record temp rise & manufacturer specs (If available) and adjust if needed, and put everything back together cycle & test it. The cost for a tune-up is $109.95 but mention finding us on Google for a $20 coupon.
