Womens restroom out of order. Chain from flapper to handle came off. 5 minute fix but apparently theyre too lazy. Mens room is disgusting. Digitial menu boards dont display price of donuts and written in small print. Slow service. Inside tables and booths not cleaned. Crumbs all over them. Sourdough sandwich is dry. You wouldnt think a worldwide chain would be so bad.

This is the Dunkin to hit up in town. They bake the Donuts here, so running out isn't really a problem most days. The other stores get a delivery and when there gone at 9am-TOO BAD! The service is fast 9 out 10 times. The variety is also superior.

Due to staffing issues this location is drive through. We we towing a car and couldn’t use the drive through. This Dunkin’ is attached to a Mobil station so a customer can walk-in from the gas station as well as store front. Their front door was locked with note regarding staff issues and to please use drive through. We saw 3 staff members when we used the Mobile gas station entrance. My husband explained that we were towing a trailer so we couldn’t use the drive through and asked if they could do us a favor for one cup of coffee. The staff member rolled her eyes and walked off in a huff to the back of the store. So good luck getting coffee here.
