No soap or hand sanitizer in the bathroom. No female bathroom. The condition of the bathroom was awful. The floors and counters were all dirty. Not enough help for your employees.. They can’t keep up with everything! Hire a cleaning crew. The people making our food shouldn’t have to clean the bathroom. The machine broke so My order was never fulfilled.

Stopped here on a road trip like we usually do at Starbucks. Ordered what we usually order, but the order was severely messed up twice. The worker who was handling seemed new, so I am ok with it. They were nice and fixed the order without complaining, so kudos to them. Overall a pleasant experience as always at Starbucks!

We always accidentally end up at this Starbucks on our way to and from on road trips. Of all the ones we pass....always get off the exit for this one and the service has never gotten any better. Constantly running out of things, slow service, and not very friendly staff either. Skip this exit if you're in any sort of rush

Brutal. Waited 20 minutes for a cup of coffee in the drive through as you couldn’t walk in. Ordered a simple cup of coffee with cream and sugar. The girl even asked what type of sugar we preferred. Drove up to pay and there was two children working. Very sweet and polite. Got back on the highway and no cream and sugar. Got back on the highway. No cream and sugar
