I Don't see wy NOT!! Go For it..
I believe in some states like Colorado for instance, it is only required that one person knows the recording is taking place and the recorder themselves count as that one person.
I did but the said I need to show my proof of my green card which that dont make sense
I'd like this answer too
They only have a certain amount of attorneys that can help. They look at each case and have to make a difficult decision based on the facts of your case. I qualified as well but only for a one hour consult, of which I was extremely grateful to get. Unfortunately they can't help everyone even though they want to.
I wouldn't think so
You can also apply for application for representation online and leave a callback number and they should be able to convince the da and judge to release your involvement from this case as well as your car
They offer a variety of help i wild give them a call multiple files sometimes only because they're super busy people trying to get into the program now make sure you check your voicemails cuz they will leave you voicemails on what to do next but they do help with a variety of stuff like emissions and rent and landlord stuff and civil cases that don't do Criminal but it also saw in the recording that they have on their phone when you call them
Sorry to hear about your accident but I don't work for the Colorado legal services. You will have to contact them.
I think so. Call them and ask
Praying that you do get restitution! You may have to call Colorado Legal Services and make a phone appointment to get your answer. I didn't get a response until I went through that process. But they were quick to respond. God bless
Robert Trujillo, you can or you should call them. I don't know if they can. Call and find out. Tell.# (303)837-1321
Yes you can ...Your consider low income
Only thing they can hold is the car, call police for stand by. Thanks
Is there videos of the guest. Does he/she still have the car. You can let DMV / State troopers know your car been stolen. Do you have the title?
They will help.you out.
No
It's possible but I would talk to the public defender. All you have to do is ask for a public defender and they will give you information
Yes
Legal Aid Department in your area...
Go to the Legal Aid in your area for help
Custody rights for their two children....do you have to go to court to establish custody even though they aren’t married?
You can request a copy of his birth certificate as his sister and use that and his social security card to get him a photo id
Go down there In person, ask them to help you, they will ask you a bunch of questions, tell you if you qualify, and if so they will do it pro bono to almost nothing at all, depending on your status! Hope this helps good luck!
I have moved home to south Dakota to live with my parents so I can all this will they still help me
Very possible
The address listed is current. They can help you. You can walk-in or call for an appointment. Call for exact hours of walk-in cause it may have changed. In my experience walking in was most effective if your situation is time sensitive.

My Mother passed 01/15/2018.I am disabled. My father & Mom made me executor before dad passed. I am sure Mom kept paperwork because she always did. I took my mom to st francis the 1st part of January because she was answering questions strangely. In the E R they asked why we brought her in. Told the DR. she had bad edema and was confused. My MOM said"she was not. She was put eventually in Hospice where she died. My brother and neice engaged the help of a Estate Attorney. He said mom was lucid which she was not. Executors made of my brother and Neice-in-law. I met later with Attorney later and I Addressed the situation. He was adament she was lucid. I am disabled and cannot take alot of stress. My condition is getting worse because of this situation. If I asked my brother a question I got a snotty answer. The estate is out of probate as of now. Was told early distribution was released because I whined. I made 1 comment. I do not whine. I just want to know if I can do anything? or if it
