This is a black owned business in my community that I have actually done business with in the past. My most recent experience was not the greatest and it was very disheartening. They were wrong by providing a quote without sending one of their team members out to measure although I insisted. They told me it wasn't necessary because of the small area that I needed done. When the vendor arrived they could not even begin the project due to not having enough materials. I cleared the area and my calendar to have this done. I was only told that 90% of the time such a small area does not need to be measured. An additional $400 or so dollars was added to the total cost. I felt as they did not value my time and definitely not my money.

I am delighted with my experience with Carpet Depot. Suzette is smart, funny and knows her stuff. Very professional. Romero did my installation. He was so friendly, worked fast, and did a great job. So, yes their building could use a paint job and a weed whack. But, like people, it’s what’s on the inside that counts. Thank you Suzette and Romero!
