The receptionist are not attentive. They should give patients the access code to leave parking upon checking in. Was there for a $580 MRI bc of intense back and leg pain but had to get out of car and walk back for access code to exit. The sign that says ask receptionist for access code to leave parking should be moved to the entrance of parking if Emory is going to hire inattentive staff. Just poor customer service.

Had an MRI on my knee the other day which will always be an annoying process but Mark talked me through it and helped me a lot, was also really fun to talk to. The facility is clean and professional. god forbid i need another MRI i know exactly where to come

I arrived a little early for my appointment and they had me checked in, registered, and seen before my appt was even suppose to start. Staff was friendly and personable. Seems like a good crew in a happy environment.

No respect from receptionist, waited over an hour for CT scan when I returned to front desk told they may be at lunch. I left and will seek another location for my imaging, sad had over 21 prior visits and had found the customer service and care excellent. Called to complain and switchboard didn’t know who was in charge.
