Mercy Housing is a lousy and miserable company to work for. They have zero appreciation for dedicated staff and they don't know how to treat their residents with any mercy, justice, or respect Mercy Housing is completely pre-occupied with paperwork and files more than providing a safe and enjoyable place to work and live. They like to hire people with little to no experience and without any kind of empathy or interpersonal skills. Mercy Housing practices racial and gender discrimination on a daily basis, for example they generally do not like to hire males outside of maintenance roles.

Please do not move into any of there place. They are complete slum lords that take advantage of families. They apartments are never maintained and there management does nothing

In my opinion, Mercy Housing is the slum lord of the senior housing communities. They equip their apartments with the cheapest garbage money can buy, do the absolute minimum for maintenance and do not care in the least about the Senior citizens they house. I have lived in 2 other HUD subsidized senior complexes and neither of them has been in the deplorable condition of the Mercy Housing properties.

Because Mercy Housing Management is too cheap to invest in fixing things needing to be fixed properly. They don't want to spend money unless they have to . Cheapskates
1600 Broadway is the corporate office we have a number of properties some of which are coed some are not.
Disposable such as temp housing, they work with families to find them living accommodations and other social programs to improve quality of life. It's a not for profit Catholic charity organization.
The HUD housing is 30% of your income. However some properties are based off tax credit programs and is based on a formula. Your best bet is to contact the properties in your interest.
