Closed Saturday and Sunday?!?! Are you freaking kidding me? It's no wonder restaurants are going broke at truckstops and closing permanently. They are only ever open when truckers are actually WORKING. Weekdays and daytime. You finish a 14 hr day on elogs, and come in for hot meal, CLOSED but open during day when parking lot empty. Apparently someone in Corporate was cutting classes during college on the basic economics day. Supply and demand....the demand for full service restaurants is after workday and ESPECIALLY the weekend during a 34 hr break....apparently they can't keep staff. Not at wages they want to pay. With all the price increases for inflation, pay your employees and maybe just maybe some will WANT to come to work and do a job. We all know you have money, especially after 5 or 6 years ago instituting paid parking. Stop giving it all to your shareholders and start reinvesting in your business. SMH (Shake my head).

Food was very good. Service and atmosphere are great. The server Krystal was wonderful. Will return.

Corporate office PLEASE OPEN THIS PLACE UP ON THE WEEKEND. Don’t get me wrong I would have given 5 🌟 for service and food…. Just the fact that this place is not open on the weekend sucks. Place across the street burned down… it would make sense for iron skillet to be open.

Waited for over an hour for my meal, that never came. Was basically ignored and the only good things about my visit was they at least got my drink and soup comped for the inconvenience. Would not recommend this Petro, even if I was starving.
