You cant put a warning , so heres the wave off. STAY AWAY. Management is horrific. The park repairs pieces that are fine when other part of park are in disarray. I moved out before it became Zeman homes. My mother has been residing there because of fixed income. Its only gotten worse. They are approachable about rent tardiness. It requires dealing daily with them. Snow plowing is horrific. Maintenance cannot keep up with the decrepit park. Flooding occurs when Des Plains River overflows.(public knowledge) Park has been cleared several times because of flooding. The mail system is goofy. Just not happy with po box system they had. Ask for a water content report if considering moving in! Ask about flooding! Ask how long the contact person you talk to has been working there. Sidenotes: - Bad cellular area. - Limited internet in area. - No real parks in easy reach. + Great school system tho. Pictures that are posted are from someones party. Dunno why.

One of the only places in Minooka to live that doesn't cost $1800+ a month. No real complaints, mix of working class and retired residents. Most keep their yards and homes in good shape.

CONSTANT WATER SHUT-OFFS. Cannot do laundry, take showers, brush teeth before work.. multiple occasions. This is extremely ridiculous... what the #*$% is this places problem. Disgusting! DO NOT MOVE HERE. IT IS A HUGE MISTAKE
