I was traveling through Jacksonville and my laptop screen went black… Very problematic situation for me. I called several other PC repair shops found online - these guys offered to take a look right away. I thought it was a battery/power issue but it wasn’t - Zak quickly identified the issue of a partially disconnected cable inside and fixed it - I couldn’t be more grateful. Highly recommended.

These guys go out of their way to make sure you are the most important person in the room. They do this by treating with respect and listening to your problems. If they are not sure what you mean they ask you to show them so they can have a better understand and they give you a date that will the item will be done. They follow up with you and give you a status when you call for info. If they have questions they reach out. The best about this place is that I never have to bring the item back and tell them it’s still not working. They always give me a full assessment of my products they are repairing. They are a great organization of men that know their stuff!!!
