Pikaso pet spa was absolutely amazing, they took such great care of our girls. They were very sweet and did such an amazing job with all the services we needed. With two giant German shepherds they went above and beyond to make sure they were perfectly groomed and we will definitely be going back.

Brought my dog Jack here on Saturday for a haircut and bath they did an amazing job! Definitely will be taking Jack here from now on. Melissa was really good I highly recommend 👍

I brought my puppy here for the first time because we are moving and our previous groomer will be too far. I showed the first groomer a picture of what we wanted, then when I came to pick him up someone else was grooming him and most of the cut was shorter than I had asked, which isn't a big deal at all since she had not seen the pictures and they were very busy when I had dropped him off. Initially upon picking him up, the woman spoke to me in a very condescending tone. Unfortunately I am used to this due to looking very young and having a lot of tattoos but that doesn't make it okay, customer service could be worked on. What I did not like is that although my puppy has always been happy leaving the groomer, leaving Pikaso he had his paws wrapped around my neck and immediately fell asleep on the drive home. I had been told that "I need to teach my puppy 'down' because it was hard to groom him" So I am wondering what she did when he was not listening to her. he also had FOUR cuts on his paw pads. I do understand that if she was having trouble with him, she cannot anticipate his every move and cuts happen, but I really would have appreciated her saying something and letting me know this way I could keep them clean while they were healing. Overall, although the cut was not exactly what I wanted, it looks good so I gave three stars. Because of the customer service we unfortunately will not return.

We were not new to the place, unfortunately our last visit was not at all what we have experienced before. The service we payed for was not done and when I contacted the pet spa, they were not customer oriented and were denying the situation. I payed for a service, the service has not provided and I basically had to stand my ground with proof and then after back and forth - they admitted of their error. I will not be taking my dog there anymore. As you can see the owner is still in denial this even occur. I have text messages to proof the content of my review. And I do disagree with customer service said you provide! The customer service received was not the best. Being treated the way we did was unacceptable. All you had to do was recognize the mistake and rectify it in a timely manner, without any back and forth. Wish you the best with your business. As stated, we will not return and will not recommend.
