This is our second time using Gotcha Covered. First was for plantation shutters for our downstairs windows. Most recently, they put plantation shutters on our upstairs windows. Both experiences were fantastic. Svetlana is very responsive and easy to work with. She helped us through all of our options. The installation team was very efficient and professional. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Perfect experience. Provided exceptional service, when looking for Plantation shutters, we checked out 3 different companies. Gotcha Covered was the most responsive, and had the perfect mix of attention to detail and time spent with us. We had one company spend over 2 hours measuring before they even got the deal, where Gotcha covered asked all the questions, reviewed the layout, and provided a quote quickly. Made sure to come back and measure the windows again and explained the process thoroughly. Never felt rushed.
