I personally have had a great experience with Heritage. Yea, it’s been a few things that needed attention but I never had an issue with them never returning calls or coming out to handle the issues immediately. My fiancée and I have been in our place since May and so far no issues that we couldn’t handle ourselves. Nikki, Erica and Grace are who always handle my concerns and are usually pretty on top of things. I did have a communication issue with Chrissy in the beginning but once the process got going it went smoothly. My rating is for the customer service alone. Idk. I call with respect and they give it back. This is just my experience.

Crissy was amazing to start with until they take your money then not hear from them again and also act like they don’t remember you. I been patient but now it’s been over a month and NOTHING! I called the Main office and They refuse to let me speak to the Manager. I wanted to go in person but I will let a lawyer handle this one for me. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM! They Will Take Your Money and run with it. You will see them on the News soon. I would hate to say “I TOLD YOU SO”

Don’t waste your time Mr.Brown is so unprofessional and will make you second guess renting with heritage. Me and my family were set on a home processed our applications got approved. Reached out to him to advise that I had the Money order and wanted to know if anyone had already made there deposit as he told me he was “on his way to the office” he never returned the call and sent me a text the next morning that the home was paid for so now I have a money order for a home I can’t get already filled out !!!!!!! Hopefully my bank lets me cash it since it’s still fairly new ….

Mrs. Robin is the most outstanding and professional renter Manager that I am grateful to be encounter with just a Special kind of beautiful soul you would just fall in love with her spirit immediately she is the Manager for Hertiage property. Of Jacksonville , Florida Many years ago she were the Manager at Hertiage as well when I rented a home on Detroit St. Til this day she hasn't changed.and I've dealt with a few realtors. Mrs. Grace is very organized and brilliant administrator. Mrs. Grace gets the job done on time without a complaint. And for the first time I meet one of Hertiage leasing agent Ms. Kristina I had the most incredible experience the same day I spoke with her in the phone. On the property I was interested in I was viewing that property a few hours later. And guess what. I'm living here now. I explained to her what I wanted for as a home and she was able to accommodate and set me up for viewing she has such a beautiful soul. To top it off I was able to meet Mr. Rubin after renting the property. He meet me at the property on Welcomed me with a smile and made me feel right at home. No threats u can't do this or that. Just a relaxing tour he was polite and handed me my keys and on the 15th of June Mr. Rubin absolutely Welcome me to the Hertiage family with a special gift for my home. Listen reviewer. Renting from Hertige is the most wonderful experience a renter could ask for. Also, everything I mean everything is brand new even the appliances. Now yall tell me isnt God an Awesome God! Of coarse he is. I'm Helen been residing in Jacksonvilke all my life.
