My kids and I love it here. Dr Mahajan and her entire staff is the best. We have been apart of this dental family for years now, the entire dental staff is sweet, loving, kind and very kid friendly, I highly recommend this dental office for your little ones.

My children have been patients here for a few of years. They aren’t anymore. The front desk staff is rude, disrespectful and unaccommodating. I tried to call (well in advance) to change an appointment. You can’t get anyone on the phone. I left several messages over several days before I got a call back. The staff member that called was not only unfriendly, but ridiculed my request for a 4 pm appointment after I explained that one of my children has a chronic medical condition and I’d like to avoid her missing school because she misses a lot for appointments and treatments (this is the appointment time slot we’ve done for years with no issues). The billing out of this practice is also a mess. Late, incorrect, etc. I reached out through the business’ website contact form with my concerns some time ago (weeks ago). No response. Honestly, I should’ve left the practice years ago after the doctor and hygienists made insensitive comments about build up on my child’s teeth. The child left in tears and is now scared to return, fearful she will be embarrassed by staff again. Like all the other reviews, I’m sure this one will get a response hiding behind HIPAA and patient confidentiality. If that were actually the case, they would’ve responded to my private email voicing my concerns.

Dr. Jila Mahajan and the staff there are amazing. It's never a dull moment in the office. They treat my kids with so much patience and care as if it were their own. I'd highly recommend this office to anyone who'd ask!!

Yes and the BOM is the Bomb she helped me get my daughter approved for surgery for next day extraction. Super place.

Not sure! I took my son a few months ago and I did not care for the Dr. It was my son's first visit. We had to wait but that was no problem The assistant brushed and flossed my sons teeth. When the Dr. finally came over to us she did not introduce herself. She began aggressively examining his teeth. She recommended that he should get sealants. My son was a little restless because of the wait so the Dr. recommended laughing gas. My son has been receiving dental services since he was 2 at Wesconnet. He is almost 7. They have never used laughing gas. I have not returned.
