Emailed this dealership regarding a truck for my son that they had advertised for sale on their website. Internet sales (Megan) responded that the truck was available. I said great, my son will be over in an hour to test drive. She said great ask for Megan. My son arrived within the hour and Megan was not available and the truck was not on the lot either. The sales guy walked my son all over the lot and then tried to convince him to test drive a different truck. These dealerships and salespeople are a joke with their advertising schemes. We have purchased 3 trucks from this dealership in the past. NEVER AGAIN!!

Service is the worst. They screw up the simplest service tasks and have attitude about it afterwards. They don't seem to understand that the majority of people need there trucks for work and we can't just leave it at the dealer for days. This place is a giant waste of time.

Never thought that I would be the victim of prejudice at a car dealership, but today I was! I was told by John Giglio that he would not do business with people like me.. 😳😳 must have been the Spanish I was speaking with my wife!

I would recommend calling the service department for input on that. I purchased a vehicle and do not work there.

Do they provide a loaner car if they sell a car with issues and need them to fix during weekdays?
