I've worked with Serenity Movers for YEARS, but this was the first time I used them for myself. I've always had good feedback from other customers, but this was the first time I saw it with my own eyes. They took their time, careful and was patient about some items that were dear to me, like my 65 inch OLED TV, art pieces and having to dismantle and assemble a custom wardrobe. Except for a few scratch on a walnut shelf and missing rubber protector for one bar stool, everything else came in perfectly. I wouldn't hesitate using them again, and continue to refer them to others.
