Experience was ok expected more personsble service than I could have gotten at a dry cleaners which is what I received. I bought 2 new items, an Italian suit jacket and dress shirt. Good quality clothing, new items also needed tailoring. Brought 2 pairs of new mens slacks to be tailored, also. Clothes that are tailored are not pressed professionally when you pick them up. Clothes had to be taken to professional dry cleaners and dry cleaned and pressed after I picked them up. Thus extra costs. I did notice other male customers who came in store were treated more personally than I was.....so they didn't gain me as a return customer. I spent 600 dollars there. I wouldn't go back. I've been to Italy. I know what good quality clothes and tailoring costs. For that much money I expected more personalized service. Seemed short staffed. Very pricey tailoring costs. I'll go to new tailor shop for further needs.

Gus and Peter we're great. They made me a great suit and shorts that fit wonderfully. When they weren't able to get it to me when they said they could (due to items out of their control), they bent over backwards to make sure I was satisfied and prepared for my event. Thank you both!
