I went there for 9 years and am considering going back. My therapist really listened to me and would even go a few minutes longer in sessions if that meant she could help me more. I really felt the sessions helped me throughout daily life.

The therapists at this clinic are supportive and make an effort with their clients. Unfortunately, the psychiatrist does not value what the client needs for their own mental health and wellness. If you expect to be listened to and taken seriously when seeking medication, this is not the place. Advocate too much for yourself and they may just consider you a ‘pill-pusher’. Edited to add: the psychiatrist now charges $40 to have any paperwork written for you - this place extorts the poor and mentally ill and she can’t even bother pretending to seem interested in you. While the service is great, 2 therapists have left for better opportunities in under 6 months. I find that the employees here are overworked and underpaid (an observation, no employee has ever complained to me) so leaving seems to be the best option and that’s 100% understandable. However, the revolving door of therapists makes getting better difficult.

I must say im at the right place.the people are cordial, friendly and they go above and beyond to meet your needs..im grateful for my therapist ms.serina brown who gently and kindly guide you to reach your full potential..yes you have to really want it.
