Calling this company was a mistake! The customer service has to be the worst I’ve ever dealt with. It took a month to schedule, then they cancelled or rescheduled two times but they don’t notify you, they simply don’t show up. They are the most expensive in the area and the worst service ever! Beware!

My husband and I had to shred 6 bags of old paperwork. The cost was reasonable, charging per bag. They take your privacy very seriously because they only let you into a small room where you wait for them to process your payment. Then you meet them out back with the bags and they shred everything. We'll be going back there again.
