God bless this airport to save us from having to drive to Detroit. Small and quick to get in and out of!

Very nice facilities and staff is friendly. Super convenient since there is never a wait to get through security. The free wifi is almost useless (3Mbps down and 0.3 Mbps up) and T-Mobile has a virtual dead spot indoors.

In my opinion, we had a better experience here than at Bishop in Flint. The workers were so very nice and courteous to us. This was my first time flying out of this airport and I was impressed. Also, thank you Ms. Jane and to the deputy officer for your kind words and support for our family as we were traveling under sad circumstances. I will never forget your kindness. π«Άπ½π«

Not much luck with Uber or Lyft, the airport is middle of farmlands. The employees at the airport are friendly and attentive to customers. I got a rental car with the walk-up rate of around 38/day so that's good.

Huh
The flint airport is the closest with Detroit being the next closest
No. There is no public transportation or shuttles nearby. You must arrange pick up on your own for a cab or Uber. Flight crew was picked up by a shuttle, probably arranged by the airline. Nearest hotels average 10 miles from MBS.
Michigan is one hour ahead. Thought departure times are local time zone, in Michigan's case, Eastern time zone
Delta and United
Only United and Delta fly out of MBS.
No place to exchange money at airport. Maybe banks in Freeland, but call to make sure
The airport is open every day.
About 45 minutes.
Not directly. They only fly to Detroit and Minneapolis through Delta and United flies to Chicago.
Mostly smaller jets like 727s and private charter jets best times to go see them are around 6am to 9am and 7pm to 10pm. Its ok for plane spotting
I believe it is $8 per day
Yes. Next plane. Tell the agent to check it in to your final destination.
No. The only commercial airlines are Delta and United.
I know the last time I flew into MBS I couldn't get an Uber home to Millington.
MBS is a better value then.
Yes
You have very few options. Freeland (2 miles) has a few fast food options (McDonalds, Subway, Burger King, Taco Bell) and a couple of restaurants. Many more options if you go 15 mins south to Saginaw
Midland, Bay City, Saginaw
Yes
