Horrible place with horrendous people. They don’t care about you or your situation. Provide below quality service and only help those they see deserving of help.

Their attitudes are ridiculous, all they do is say “we don’t do that” I honestly don’t know what you guys do besides not picking up the phone 4 days out of the week to just saying no to every case because obviously you don’t get paid enough to actually help someone. Lancaster county is a joke and you all are in this together trying to take everyone’s money and not helping people at all.

Yes
Yes they do but you pay 10 dollers for it
I would call them but honestly if your name is on lease she can't kick you out but if I was you I would find a better place for you in your time. Being around any of that does not sound good at all. Sorry this is your sister but getting rid of all negative people in your life and starting over is a wonderful thing to do. Good luck I will be praying for you.
What do you mean by, Another people? LOL
My landlord send me a text and here is what he said he is charging every oil spot is on the ground and I'm texting you about my son was living with me and my husband because they said that is okay because my husband is has a lot of health problem s and he is getting social security disability
Yes they. I'm not sure how they do it now. But I do know that it's based on your income, etc.
I would recommend that you call them and ask about it cause i dont want to give you the wrong information

You may get in loco parentis status from a court. Depending on your income Mid Penn may be able to help.
Depending on your income Mid Penn may be able to call and see if you qualify
I would suggest talking with the school that your wanting to go to n their financial advisor.
Yes
I'm not positive about this, but I think its a minimum of 30 days. It might be longer. I recommend that you call either MidPenn Legal or Tabor. Either should know what the landlord/tenant rights are.
Tell me more about it
No
I believe if your name is first you have to call the bank who financed the vehicle and you can either get him to sign off or have it taken back by telling them what is going on i believe first name on it has the upper hand
