My husband has always liked dealing with Cooper Motors… but this time we were disappointed in the service we received for a rental. We were asked to sign a contract that we would not smoke in a vehicle we were renting, which we understood. But in turn, we were given a rental that smelt badly of smoke! When we brought this to their attention, they did not offer another vehicle, or offer to clean the vehicle any further. The response was, “some people don’t obey the rules”. Very disappointed. Lacking in Customer Service!
