I will double down on the "so called woke" staff. The goth girl, wearing all black with short black hair and black piercings acted like deer caught in headlights when I approached. Then dismissed me as soon as possible. All because I asked to speak with a manager. For all that shop online. You can find what you want and not deal with the sorry customer service.

I'm sure they do and they can get it for you as well. You have to ask at the customer service desk when you walk in. Barnes & Noble is very accommodating.

The store actually has the tracking number if you ordered through the store. However if you purchased online you should get either an email with the tracking or go to your account and look under orders
