The caribbean man that answers the phone “option 4” is extremely condescending. Why do you need to treat other people like garbage to feel better about yourself? He didn’t want to give up his name. I don’t blame him. Continue to work in your lonely and dark office I imagine by your very sad self.

received a parking violation notice in the mail to inform me that I have a 25.00 fee PLUS a 25.00 LATE FEE ! just about done shopping at the target in white plains . I spend so much money in that store that if I happen to go a few minutes over I get hit with a 25$ fee ? Who the f said that was okay ? OH and the best part ?!?! THERE WAS NO TICKET ON MY CAR !!!! Seems like an absolute scam . I will be calling to dispute this late fee .

The meter maids of White Plains truly make white plains an extremely hostile place. Parking spaces are astronomical and the ridiculous no overnight parking anytime of the year is an absolute scam. I'm convinced these people live to ruin peoples days, they are so on top of ticketing your car its insane. I would give negative stars if I could.
