Very rude. Asked to take 10/15 minutes to remove my nails and did not even welcome me or say hello. Not offer to take me in an hour, not offer to get me in at all, told me to make an appointment for some other day. I’m like it takes 30 seconds to take nails off and I’d do it myself, just didn’t have the acetone with me. What bothered me most was how cold every one of the ladies was right off the bat. If you can, look for a different mail spot in Orleans!
